Notable enhancements include AI Overviews for Gmail search, which generates immediate answers so users can avoid manually opening individual emails. Additionally, AI Plus subscribers benefit from an advanced proofreading tool when composing messages, offering checks on grammar, tone, and writing style. The Gemini side panel and other inline AI features are also available across Google Workspace apps, including Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, and Chat.

AI Pro subscribers gain expanded usage limits covering Gemini models, image generation and editing, agentic capabilities such as AI-powered calling, and Deep Search. The tier also includes Google Home Premium Standard, a rebranded version of the former Nest Aware service available at an additional ten dollars per month, with a Google Home Premium Advanced add-on available for a further ten dollars. AI Pro also provides expanded access to Gmail, Drive, and Photos features, along with increased cloud storage — a notable upgrade from the previous two-terabyte limit.

At the top of the subscription hierarchy, AI Ultra offers the highest level of access to Gemini's capabilities. Two variants exist: AI Ultra 5x, which provides 'higher' access, and AI Ultra 20x, which provides the 'highest' access to all premium features. The Individual plan is priced at $13.99 per month. These tiered offerings reflect Google's strategy of monetizing its AI infrastructure by catering to users with varying levels of computational demand, from casual users to power users requiring the most intensive AI-driven tools.
